Deltex Medical and Anaesthesia 2022
Next week will see a unique and highly enabling British technology on show as Deltex Medical head to Anaesthesia 2022 in Manchester. This year the Royal College of Anaesthetists’ flagship conference promises a “bigger, better, must-attend event for the specialty.”
Deltex will be showcasing its TrueVue system with ODM+, the gold standard for minimally invasive haemodynamic management.
Standing apart from competitor offerings, ODM+ combines the display and measurement of the Doppler image of aortic blood flow. In practice this means ODM+ is the only system that can guide anaesthetist interventions based on beat-to-beat, real-time information.
Using ODM+ to manage the haemodynamic status of patients during moderate to high-risk surgery demonstrably improves outcomes and reduces costly complications, especially AKI and SSI.
The anaesthetic community can be reassured by the sustained contribution Oesophageal Doppler has made to optimising surgical outcomes over the years. Indeed the technology’s enduring value is uniquely demonstrated by a robust clinical evidence base, which now includes 24 RCTs.
Deltex Medical’s UK Sales Manager Tim Taylor says; ”Our years providing support for the anaesthetic community mean we’re uniquely positioned to help anaesthetists to deliver gold-standard haemodynamic care. We’re excited to be at Anaesthesia 2022 and greatly looking forward to meeting visitors to our stand.”
