Andy has over 16 years' experience in the medical devices industry. Prior to joining Deltex Medical, he was responsible for establishing and growing the operations of businesses such as Perclose Inc. and PercuSerge Inc. Andy joined the Board in October 2002 and was appointed Chief Executive in January 2003.

Ewan Phillips MA ACA Finance Director, aged 43
Ewan joined Deltex Medical in August 2001. He has a background in corporate finance and, prior to joining Deltex Medical, was Finance and Strategic Development Director of a technology Company supplying the UK public sector.

Nigel Keen MA FCA Chairman, aged 60
Nigel has been involved with Deltex Medical since 1988, and has been Chairman since 1996. He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Nigel served as Chief Executive from April 2002 to January 2003. He is also Chairman of Axis-Shield plc, The Laird Group plc and Oxford Instruments plc. |
