The CardioQ™ is the only intra-operative monitor proven in repeated randomised controlled trials (RCTs) to reduce complications and shorten length of hospital stay.

In addition, the oesophageal Doppler monitoring is unique in being the only haemodynamic monitoring modality that has been subject to a highly supportive technology assessment undertaken by the US Government Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
