26 November 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company'), the UK's leading haemodynamic monitoring company, today announces that Ewan Phillips, Finance Director, has notified the Company that between 21 November and 23 November 2007 he purchased a total of 60,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 21.24 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Phillips owns 977,156 ordinary shares representing 1.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
