Directors' share dealings

10 September 2009 - Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that Julian Cazalet a non-executive Director, notified the Company yesterday, that on 9 September 2009 he purchased 250,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at 8.50 pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Julian Cazalet owns 2,139,744 ordinary shares representing 2.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
